Purchase your annual pass for Kleve Zoo here! With the digital annual pass ("Jahreskarte digital") you receive the ticket directly for your smartphone (PDF document or wallet), with the physical annual pass (= printed check card; "Jahreskarte physisch") you can collect it from the ticket office one week after it has been issued on presentation of your ID card.

 

Please note that the annual passes must be personalized after purchase and are only valid after personalization. To do this, simply go to your customer account and click on "Manage account". On this page you will see the "Season tickets" tab. Clicking on this tab will take you to your annual passes. Then select the "Edit" button for the season ticket you wish to personalize. Fill in the required data and then click on "Freeze data" at the end of the form.
